Job summary

What You Will Do
  • Support technical working groups by contributing analysis and helping coordinate inputs needed for issue resolution and program objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver clear technical briefings to stakeholders, providing data-informed updates and recommendations under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-team technical activities, maintain communication flow and helping align priorities across teams.

  • Perform routine trending and performance analysis on system hardware and software to support broader engineering assessments.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, escalating complex problems and collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional specialists as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple program teams to support shared technical objectives and program needs.
  • Support Command & Control activities by helping monitor system status, analyze mission-impacting data trends, and provide timely updates that contribute to operational decision-making.
Qualifications – You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in command-and-control systems and operations.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with senior technical management.
  • Experience conducting technical investigations and communicating findings to leadership.
  • An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
