CNH Industrial is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to ensure full vehicle integration and compliance with architecture strategies. You will define specifications, layouts and subsystem requirements while collaborating with platform, vehicle control and hardware teams to maximize scalability and modularity.

The role requires a 5+ year engineering background, expertise in harness design, and familiarity with agricultural vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field with 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in harnessing design.
• Experience in cabling / connection schematic creation and interpretation.
• Experience with agricultural vehicles and agronomic activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing system engineering best practices.
• Define and maintain product level feature specifications, system layout, and documentation.
• Work closely with platform architecture, vehicle control and hardware design teams to ensure maximum component scalability and modularity.
• Understand intended product end user needs.
• Assist in defining product vision and roadmap.
• Translate stakeholder needs to product requirements.
• Define system level features and decompose those requirements into individual subsystem definitions and requirements.
• Work across multiple engineering disciplines and development teams to coordinate system definition, design, and integration.
• Responsible for individual product design alignment with multi-product architectural strategy, tech levels and goals for commonality.
• Ensure product aligns with applicable standards.
• Work with product verification and validation to ensure system and components perform as needed.
