Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a curious, hands-on Mechanical or Agricultural Engineer to join the Engine Installation Systems team in the CNH Large Tractor & Crop Production product line in the United States. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who will help design and integrate cooling, intake, exhaust, fuel, and DEF systems for CNH engines in tractors, sprayers, and spreaders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in designing, building, testing or improving mechanical systems.
• Experience with CAD tools and basic engineering analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update product designs, drawings, and 3D models using Creo and Teamcenter.
• Support design and packaging of engine installation subsystems (cooling, intake, exhaust, fuel, DEF).
• Perform engineering calculations, design checks, and basic analyses to support performance, durability, safety, and reliability.
