The Systems Engineer II at CNH Industrial participates in the definition and integration of precision farming systems into a complete, high-performing solution for agricultural equipment. This role supports the development of precision farming systems - including auto-guidance, telemetry, connectivity, vehicle control, mapping, ISOBUS, and service - by translating customer and stakeholder needs into system-level requirements, architecture, and technical solutions. The Systems Engineer II collaborates with software, hardware, and product management organizations to deliver scalable, customer-focused systems aligned with CNH’s product and technology strategies.
The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 – $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus.
