Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science or related discipline.
• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance required.
• Salary range $225,000–$250,000 depending on education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations, and system architectures to develop specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system engineering plans, CCB action coordination, and test plans.
• Coordinate interfaces and allocate requirements across hardware, software, and facilities.
• Develop system designs that satisfy requirements and support DoDAF/DoSOA architectures.
• Participate in risk management, program reviews, and program planning.
