Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer to develop and sustain automated solutions for mission customers. The role integrates systems engineering, requirements analysis, architecture, verification, and IT support in a mission-focused environment.

The position leverages Agile and DevOps practices to deliver high-quality capabilities. Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph and extensive SE experience on complex programs.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph required.
DoD IAT Level I or higher certification.
14+ years of Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional 5 years of SE experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

Translate mission requirements into system requirements and technical specifications.
Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
Derive system requirements from high-level architectures.
Participate in system design and development activities.
Guide users in defining requirements and technical needs.
Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate alternatives.
Plan and conduct system verification and validation activities.
Lead or support SE efforts across the full lifecycle.
Develop design alternatives considering lifecycle cost and growth.
Perform end-to-end system trade analyses to balance performance and cost.
Define interfaces and ensure alignment with standards.
