Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer to lead engineering, technical, and programmatic activities for a high-visibility Government Task Order. The role blends systems engineering leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities to drive delivery in a fast-paced mission environment.

The candidate will guide multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with PMO and Government stakeholders, and ensure risk, staffing, and performance management across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Systems Engineering leadership roles.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture, design, integration, testing, and execution.
• Serve as Scrum Master and coordinate Agile ceremonies.
• Manage risks, staffing, budget, and schedule across the Task Order.
