Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a System Automation Software Engineer to modernize a legacy operational system with a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. The role requires hands-on testing, automation, and strong collaboration across teams.

The candidate will work in a security-focused environment with Top Secret/SCI clearance and NSA Full Scope Polygraph, aligning with a skilled engineering team to deliver reliable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline plus 9 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 7 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing a test framework to execute manual and automated tests
• Authoring tests utilizing Cucumber and Playwright
• Knowledgeable in Microservices design & architecture, CI/CD, Test frameworks and automation, Agile Methodology
• Execute load and performance testing, chaos testing, functional testing and end-to-end testing
• Agile development and delivery of software
• Communication and collaboration: engineers must communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
