Job summary

Boeing in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead derivation of system requirements from stakeholder needs and to manage end-to-end development environments. You will coordinate integrations across multiple teams, capture interface designs, and allocate requirements across hardware, software, facilities and personnel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph or higher clearance.
• Experience directing development, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex software systems.
• Ability to develop System Engineering Plans and Interface Control Documents.

Responsibilities

• Derive an understanding of system requirements from stakeholder needs and translate them into engineering plans.
• Oversee end-to-end development environments and ensure alignment across teams.
• Coordinate system integration activities and verify complete interface coverage.
• Capture interface designs in a common interface control format and manage data in a shared repository.
• Apply system engineering principles to develop and allocate requirements across hardware, software, facilities and personnel.
