Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a senior level systems engineer to support daily program responsibilities in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and extensive systems engineering experience with hands-on tools and installations.

The candidate will work with RF hardware, Linux environments, and MS Office tools, while leading small teams and coordinating site surveys and installations. Occasional travel up to 3–4 weeks is expected.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
• Citizen of the United States.
• Graduate degrees or equivalent with substantial general systems engineering experience.
• Experience with site surveys and planning/executing system installations.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead small teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily responsibilities on the program as a senior systems engineer.
• Coordinate hardware/software configurations and troubleshooting.
• Lead small project teams and collaborate with customers.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 3–4 weeks at a time.
