Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead complex engineering efforts in a hybrid work environment at Annapolis Junction, MD. You will steer system requirements, interface control, and multi-team integration across hardware, software, and facilities, ensuring rigorous life‑cycle cost discipline and robust architectures.

Candidates should have extensive engineering education/experience and hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Education/experience typically required includes a Bachelor’s degree with extensive related work experience or equivalent combinations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Proven ability to develop system requirements, interfaces, and allocation to hardware/software/teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex software systems.
• Elicit requirements, perform analysis and allocate functions across system components.
• Document system designs in interface control documents and system engineering plans.
• Conduct system trade analyses and optimize life‑cycle operations.
• Define interfaces with precise origins, destinations, stimuli and data characteristics.
