Qualifications

• 14 years of SE experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 5 years additional SE experience may substitute for a degree.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Derive functional, system, and performance requirements.
• Develop CONOPs, architecture diagrams, and other SE artifacts.
• Develop schedules for features and perform backlog grooming.
• Write or review technical documentation.
• Create various status reports for stakeholders.
