Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Intelligence Sectors, Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will collaborate with software developers, analysts, and SMEs to derive requirements, create CONOPs, and refine system architectures.

The role demands strong technical leadership, excellent communication, and experience with Atlassian tools, Agile methods, and DoD certification processes. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience deriving requirements and leading SE efforts.

Responsibilities

• Derive functional, system, and performance requirements.
• Develop architecture diagrams and CONOPs.
• Create schedules and perform backlog grooming.
• Write or review documentation and status reports.
• Lead teams in an Integrated Product Team environment.
