Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Intelligence Sectors, Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will collaborate with software developers, SMEs, and analysts to derive requirements and lead technical efforts in security-focused domains.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and systems engineering rigor. Candidates should have a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and extensive SE experience, with familiarity in DoD processes and agile practices.

Qualifications

• 14 years' experience as a SE in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Five years additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Derive functional, system, and performance requirements.
• Develop CONOPs, architecture diagrams and other SE artifacts.
• Develop schedules for features; perform backlog grooming.
• Write or review documentation.
• Create various status reports.
