Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Intelligence Sectors, Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). The role partners with software developers, SMEs, and analysts to derive and refine requirements and provide strong technical leadership for mission-critical systems.

The SE will develop CONOPs, architecture diagrams, and schedules, while performing backlog grooming and generating documentation and status reports to support national security initiatives.

Qualifications

• 14 years' SE experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree required; five additional SE years may substitute for a degree.
• Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Derive functional, system, and performance requirements.
• Develop system engineering artifacts (CONOPs, architecture diagrams, etc.).
• Develop schedules for features; perform backlog grooming.
• Write or review documentation.
• Create various status reports.
