Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical).
• 5+ years in a test or systems engineering role with verification and validation.
• Proven ability to develop and execute test plans and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for system-level verification and validation.
• Design, build, and maintain test facilities, equipment, and software.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of failures.
• Collaborate with design and systems engineers to ensure verifiability and full coverage of tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
• Prepare and present test reports to internal and external customers.
• Automate test procedures to improve efficiency and repeatability.
