Job summary

Blue Origin, based in Florida, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for Integration and Test to lead the build and test in an agile environment, develop system-level integration plans, and ensure testability and verification of complex engineering systems. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and collaboration across design and development teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline as listed.
8–10 years of systems engineering experience.
Experience creating and managing ICDs.
Experience in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate build and test in agile development environment to drive test and integration engineering tasks to completion.
Develop and execute system-level integration and test plans for complex engineering systems.
Define test requirements, and success criteria, and create detailed test procedures.
Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and automated test environments.
Conduct integration and test activities on both hardware and software components.
Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot system-level issues.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure that system requirements are testable and verifiable.
Document test results, create test reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Lead and mentor junior engineers in best practices for integration and testing.
Drive continuous improvement in our integration and test processes.
