Job summary

Remote Raven seeks a Technical Program Lead to drive interdisciplinary aerospace and space systems programs in a fully remote setup. You will guide senior technical work, oversee architecture, and ensure program success across teams in a high-ambiguity environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in mechanical or systems engineering, with proven program management experience and leadership of engineers. This is a long-horizon, mission-driven role with significant responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or closely related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in aerospace, defense, or space systems.
• Demonstrated experience in program or project management, including direct responsibility for schedule, technical performance, and team output.
• Experience managing engineers or technical personnel: hiring, directing and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Drive core mission systems and subsystems as senior technical and program lead.
• Hands-on involvement in architecture, analysis, design reviews and trade studies.
• Coordinate requirements decomposition, interface management, verification and validation planning across subsystems.
