You will guide development, testing, certification, and sustaining engineering while driving collaboration across engineering, program management, and systems integration. The role requires a strong track record in leadership and communication, with 5+ years in engineering or aerospace environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience in project management or aerospace programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a capable, collaborative team to deliver aerospace hardware and systems through development, manufacturing, testing, certification, and sustaining engineering.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine systems engineering and integration processes and best practices.
• Mentor staff to enhance decision-making, critical thinking, and team performance.
