Motorola Solutions is seeking a technically proficient Systems Engineer / Technical Lead to drive requirements, architecture, and test strategy across multiple wireless products. You will own the product lifecycle, coordinate with software, electrical hardware, FPGA, and test teams, and mentor engineers to maintain momentum.

You will work directly with customers to develop use cases and requirements, travel occasionally for meetings, and contribute to business development and proposals.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer, Software, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in embedded software/electrical architecture.
• Experience in requirements and test management.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• 8+ years design experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Drive requirements, architecture, design, and test strategy with stakeholders.
• Author requirements and system design documents and manage realization.
• Own the product lifecycle across projects and reprioritize as needed.
• Develop technology and product roadmaps.
• Mentor teams to maintain momentum and engineering excellence.
• Coordinate with Software, Hardware, FPGA, and Test Eng.
