Battelle, located in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to perform advanced systems engineering research and analysis, architecture support, and test planning within schedule and budget constraints. This full-time role collaborates with engineers, specialists, project teams, and clients to deliver technical results.

The ideal candidate will apply systems engineering across the lifecycle, develop requirements, perform analyses, and prepare technical documents, with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field with applicable experience
• Experience applying systems engineering across the lifecycle
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
• Experience with MBSE and model-based design

Responsabilités

• Lead small technical projects within larger programs, delivering on time and budget
• Support system architecture, interface definition, integration and test planning
• Analyze requirements and system performance to guide decisions
• Prepare technical specifications and analyze data for decisions
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on deliverables
• Provide technical direction to engineers and staff
• Communicate progress and results to stakeholders
• Support conferences and external events as needed
