Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Foundational understanding of systems engineering methodologies across the lifecycle.
• Familiarity with requirements development, architecture design, integration, verification, and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical alternatives and communicate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle development of complex technical systems from concept to deployment.
• Assist in developing, analyzing, and tracing system requirements.
• Support system architecture definition, interface definition, and performance analysis.
• Participate in integration, verification, validation, and test planning activities.
• Analyze technical solutions using data-driven assessments and engineering judgment.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports, and engineering artifacts.
• Complete assigned project tasks within schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with internal clients and multidisciplinary teams.
