Qualifications

  • Active DoD security clearance required.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field.
  • Alternative: HS diploma with 4+ years experience or Associate's with 2+ years.
  • 15 years of relevant experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to brief senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Support NEWCON development and certification activities for Virginia Class Submarines within PMS450.
  • Lead System Integration Team (SIT) coordination and align multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Manage requirements alignment and ensure consistency across program documentation.
  • Coordinate and support test and evaluation planning and execution.
  • Review engineering deliverables for alignment with requirements and standards.
  • Provide systems engineering analyses in coordination with program leadership and Technical Director.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications to align system requirements and objectives.
  • Interface with PMS450 and related stakeholders for technical inquiries.
