Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems in Pittsfield, MA, seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer to join a cross-functional team delivering a submarine Fire Control System upgrade. You will contribute to requirements management, documentation control, testing, verification, and validation, and you will mentor engineering staff as needed.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience (or a master’s with 3 years), and be able to obtain a DoD Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in Agile environments preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Eligible for government security investigation and access to classified information.
