Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive systems engineering experience in naval defense acquisition.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• GFE contractor oversight and integration across contractors to ensure cost, schedule and performance targets.
• Contractual/OWS interpretation to manage contractor-to-contractor dynamics and SOW implications.
• Define and maintain high-level system requirements, interface control documents, and verification plans per NAVSEA procedures.
