Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and develop engineering teams responsible for building and enhancing capabilities across modern enterprise platforms and full-stack applications.

You will partner with product leaders and architecture teams to align technology strategy with business objectives and deliver high-quality client experiences. You will oversee sprint planning, backlogs, and release coordination while promoting secure coding and best practices

Qualifications

6-8+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
Strong background in full-stack development and enterprise systems.
Experience delivering web and API applications at scale.
Proven ability to lead large, complex initiatives from concept to delivery.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and leading Agile teams.
Experience partnering with product and business stakeholders to align on priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more engineering teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner with product, business, and technology leaders to define strategy and roadmaps.
Drive design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Ensure engineering best practices, quality standards, and secure coding.

Drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and performance.
Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
