Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide production support for applications and infrastructure in a Cloud-based environment. You will work with AWS, monitoring tools, and CI/CD to ensure stability and resiliency of systems.

Knowledge of AWS Cloud, monitoring tools, and ITIL-based processes.
Ability to deploy and troubleshoot in CI/CD environments and batch jobs.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Develop testing, validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
Monitor incidents, assess impact, and deploy code changes to production.
Collaborate with tech teams to resolve issues in prod and non-prod environments.
Assist in crisis management for major outages and communicate timelines.
