Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU) seeks a Space Vehicle Engineer to provide mission operations support for satellite programs, including on-orbit and sustaining engineering.

You will lead anomaly investigations, data trending, and operational product updates while coordinating across internal teams and with customers. The role requires a Top Secret clearance, 5+ years (or 8+ years for senior level) of relevant experience, and strong communications for external presentations at milestone reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility on request.
• 5+ years (level 3) or 8+ years (level 4) of relevant experience.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience in satellite operations engineering disciplines and anomaly resolution.
• Proven ability to write technical documents for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide mission operations support to Satellite programs and on orbit vehicle engineering.
• Lead anomaly reviews, data trending, and operational product updates.
• Coordinate with system engineers and customers across tasks and meetings.
• Create and modify procedures; support 24x7 on-call resolution.
• Deliver briefings and demonstrations of mission systems to stakeholders.
