Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support agile development of software for space-to-ground systems. You will translate user and mission needs into software features and guide the development team from concept to deployment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in STEM, 5+ years in SE&I, and an active TS/SCI clearance with poly. This on-site position emphasizes collaboration across dispersed teams and rigorous engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of systems engineering and integration experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and implementation of robust software applications with full lifecycle SE&I.
• Collaborate with development team to define, design, and implement features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain systems engineering documentation, requirements analysis, design, integration, test, and deployment.
