Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to support the agile integration and testing of a system of systems for the US Government in the Mission Management domain. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a BS or higher in engineering/CS/IT, and at least 5 years of relevant SE&I experience.

You will analyze requirements, derive acceptance criteria, and design end‑to‑end mission test threads.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required (no exceptions).
• BS or higher in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in SE&I or mission systems.
• Experience in the Mission Management domain and end‑to‑end multi‑segment testing.
• Ability to analyze requirements, derive acceptance criteria, and design test threads.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements or epics to derive acceptance criteria, tests, and mission threads.
• Conduct engineering investigations to determine root causes of problems.
• Identify dependencies and risks and track them.
• Become an expert in system interfaces and integration points.
• Ensure consistency among multiple applications and systems.
