Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Software Systems Engineer to support architecture, requirements development, integration, and verification for space and ground-based systems in a highly collaborative, Agile environment.

The ideal candidate translates large-scale system requirements into software requirements and maintains traceability across development and test activities, leveraging MBSE and C2 domain experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM discipline.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access.
• Experience in Systems Engineering, Software Systems Engineering, or Mission Systems Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience translating large-scale system requirements into software requirements.
• Experience with: Requirements development and allocation, Requirements traceability and validation, Interface definition and management, Technical trade studies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting software integration, system testing, and V&V activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a highly collaborative environment.
