Job summary

Peraton, in Annapolis Junction, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer (Software & UX) to lead end-to-end systems engineering for outreach tools. You will collaborate with product and SE teams to support user feedback-driven design, content management, and messaging enhancements, delivering effective solutions that meet user needs.

Qualified candidates have TS/SCI with poly, 14 years SE experience, and a degree in a related field; agile practices and Jira/Confluence experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fourteen years of Systems Engineering experience in complex programs are required, seven within the past ten years.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with current polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional SE experience can substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end systems engineering for software tools supporting outreach activities.
• Collaborate with product and SE teams to drive user feedback-driven design and usability improvements.
• Conduct product testing focused on usability and software functionality.
