Job summary

Peraton's Outreach & Engagement team seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to advance customer outreach tools and perform end-to-end systems engineering for software supporting outreach activities.

The role involves collaborating with product and Systems Engineering teams to drive user feedback-driven design, usability improvements, and effective solutions that meet user needs in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 14 years as a SE in similar scope, with 7 years in past 10 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, CS, IS, engineering-related field; 5 years may substitute for a degree.
• Active TS SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end systems engineering for software tools supporting outreach activities.
• Collaborate with product and Systems Engineering teams to support feedback-driven design, usability, and functionality.
• Conduct product testing focused on usability and UX, identifying opportunities to improve tools.
