Job summary

teampointblank is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to support Acquisition Finance Management (AFM) PMO. You will lead and coordinate risk assessment activities for integrating 20+ business systems, focusing on identifying and mitigating risks across phased deployment.

Required are extensive SE experience (20+ years), a related bachelor’s degree, and ability to guide risk reduction strategies within a complex defense-like program environment.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or computer science discipline is required; five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Acquisition Finance Management (AFM) PMO and Integration Lead to develop and execute a Risk Assessment for the integration and deployment of 20+ business enabling systems.
• Identify risks associated with grouping/phasing of the business system into different integration and deployment phases.
• Help 'buy down' risks in the acquisition program through structured risk assessment practices.
