Job summary

Northstrat Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to support the agile integration and testing of a system of systems for the US Government in the Mission Management domain.

The role requires analyzing requirements, deriving acceptance criteria, and designing end-to-end mission test threads. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in full lifecycle SE&I, strong collaboration skills, and an active TS/SCI clearance with SCI access.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant Systems Engineering and Integration experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with mission management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to derive acceptance criteria and mission threads.
• Conduct root cause investigations and track risks.
• Develop design documents and test plans for system integration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-company teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
