Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance at time of application.
• MA/MS degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of training and/or expertise in networking, data protocols, secure system design, interoperability, and encryption standards technologies.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Some travel expected, up to 10–20%.
• Able to work full time in a Chantilly, VA office within SCIF/SAPF spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical review, analysis, and oversight across defense programs.
• Support prototype development, maturation, and fielding activities.
• Lead program reviews and prepare technical and executive briefings for government stakeholders.
• Manage system integration requirements, ICDs, and API specifications.
