Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead Systems Engrg in Yorba Linda, CA, to drive system requirements development and verification activities within the NS organization. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture development, integration planning, and test execution for PNT capabilities.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with extensive experience, DOORS proficiency, and ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field with 9+ years experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years prior relevant experience.
• Eligible to obtain a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Publish change notices to system specifications and update requirement databases and traceability.
• Document analysis results in reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Create and present briefings within the team and to external stakeholders.
• Lead system engineering in developing requirements, model, and verification tracking.
• Perform detailed tracking of changes to system requirements and verification.
• Hands-on system integration, test deployment, and execution roles.
• Proficient with RF test equipment and related test procedures.
• Develop test automation and data reporting tools.
