L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineer - Military GPS Receivers in Yorba Linda, CA. You will apply extensive GPS systems knowledge to develop requirements, CONOPS, and test plans while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with minimum 6 years experience, or a graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience, or in lieu of degree 10 years prior relevant experience.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance
• 3+ years' experience with Military GPS systems
• 3+ years' previous experience in GPS receiver architecture experience and familiarity with M Code
• Travel may be required up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Will contribute to providing innovative Systems Engineering solutions consistent with business development plans.
• Will develop CONOPS, requirements, design descriptions, verification plans/procedures, customer contract deliverable documentation (CDRLs) to meet program schedules.
• Will support cross-functional teams for cross-functional design conflict resolution, Root Cause Analysis, blank-page architecture development, and design.
• Will contribute to algorithm development, analysis, implementation, system architecture, verification, and test with emphasis on military GPS receivers.
• Will lead qualification testing, system integration, and end-to-end test efforts.
• Will contribute to execution of design, build, integration, and test activities, problem resolution, and verifying that the deliverable products meet all program and customer requirements.
