Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Yorba Linda, CA, seeks a Systems Engineering Manager to lead requirements, architecture and verification for the Military GPS & PNT program within Navigation Solutions. You will drive traceability, interfaces, and system integration with a strong emphasis on DOORS and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires a STEM degree with 9+ years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with 7+ years (or 13+ years if no degree), and eligibility for a US security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) or related discipline with minimum 9 years or a Graduate degree with minimum 7 years prior relevant experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead system requirements development and verification planning.
• Publish change notices and maintain traceability across requirements databases and interfaces.
• Create and present briefings within the team and to external stakeholders.
• Lead system engineering in development of requirements, model, and verification tracking status.
• Perform hands-on system integration, test deployment, and verification activities.
• Operate RF test equipment and develop test automation tools.
