Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced IT leader to own Tier 3 incident resolution and drive enterprise initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments. The role emphasizes Azure, Microsoft 365, and regulated GovCloud workloads within a remote, multi-site manufacturing context.

You will guide end-to-end migrations, upgrades, and modernization efforts while maintaining security and reliability across hybrid infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions, with deep experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualization, and networking security.
• Experience with regulated cloud environments such as GCC High, Azure Government, and AWS GovCloud.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents and serve as final resolution for complex, high-impact issues.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, including migrations, upgrades, and modernization.
• Design and support hybrid and cloud environments across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and on-premises.
