Motion Recruitment in the United States is seeking a Senior Microsoft Systems & Cloud Engineer to manage and modernize a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure. This hands-on role focuses on supporting on-premises Windows environments, managing Hyper-V virtualization, and migrating legacy services to Microsoft Azure.

You will independently drive infrastructure projects, provide senior-level technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and scalable

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server administration and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience managing Hyper‑V hosts, virtual machines, and clusters.
• Experience supporting physical, on-premises server infrastructure.
• Strong Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.
• Hands-on experience migrating on-premises workloads to Azure.
• Experience with server patching, maintenance, and complex infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently manage infrastructure projects and provide senior-level technical support.
