Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to own Tier 3 incidents, lead enterprise projects, and manage hybrid-cloud IT across its multi-site manufacturing environment. You’ll implement, secure, and support Windows endpoints, AD, and server platforms, while guiding architecture and collaboration with business teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, modernization efforts, and secure access controls across Azure, AWS, and on‑premises platforms in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
• 7+ years diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
• 5+ years hands-on Azure experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 enterprise endpoints.
• Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents involving hardware, software, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives including migrations and upgrades.
• Design, configure, upgrade, manage, and solve systems across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Administer Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 services and related identity tooling.
• Support security and identity controls including Entra ID, MFA, and zero-trust.
• Mentor IT teams and develop SOPs, knowledge bases, and runbooks.
