Job summary

OSARO seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to own end-to-end system performance for robotic deployments. You will collaborate with Hardware, Infrastructure, and ML teams to deliver production-grade solutions in complex software environments.

You will design cell/system flows with solution teams, coordinate with SW/HW, and travel to customer sites as needed during deployments. Strong robotics, real-time control, and multi-axis planning experience are required.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in robotic control development.
Developing and tuning control frameworks for robotic applications.
Trajectory optimization, kinematics, and motion planning for multi-axis robots.
Expertise in Rust or C++ with software design, architecture, and real-time systems.
Hands-on experience with industrial robotic arms and low-level hardware controllers.
Experience with robotic sensors and real-time data processing.
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation deployment layers across our systems.
Own end to end system behavior and performance.
Bridge the gap between solution, engineering and customer success when it’s time to commission OSARO cells.
Be accountable and collaborate with the deployment team when it’s time to commission OSARO cells.
