Job summary

OSARO delivers best-in-class robotic piece-picking solutions for e-commerce, tackling high SKU inventories, complex packaging, and fragile items. The company seeks a Technical Project Manager to coordinate hardware and software projects, define ambitious plans with Product and Solutions, and ensure timely delivery across teams.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Solutions to maintain timelines, manage risks, and drive project decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project planning and management for hardware and software projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning and ensuring acceptance criteria.
• Ability to use multiple methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) to manage teams with varying cycles and priorities.
• Understanding how various technical pieces come together in complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience in risk management and change management.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Developing detailed technical project plans and monitoring, tracking, documenting decisions, and communicating progress across teams
• Facilitating breakdown of work and coordinating responsibilities across internal groups.
• Being a conduit for information with Product & Engineering teams.
• Coordinating resource availability to meet deployment timelines.
• Advising on risk and issue management and managing blockers.
• Implementing and managing change to meet outputs.
• External communication with contractors.
• Light travel - 10%
