Job summary

Davidson Technologies, Inc. in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Sensors department. The role focuses on developing requirements, architectures, and modeling for advanced radar systems.

The position is located at a site NOT on a military base or installation. You will work across multidisciplinary teams to deliver, test, and evaluate Ground-Based Radar solutions, applying MATLAB/C++, Python, Cameo, DOORS, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Engineering, Science, Math or related discipline.
10+ years' experience in an engineering role with MATLAB, C or C++.
Experience with hardware or software integration and test.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Development of preliminary and detailed requirements for new and existing functionality.
Development of subsystem and component level requirements.
Test case development with parameterization and design space.
Participation in Systems Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings.
Development of subsystem models in Cameo for requirements.
Presentation of requirements artifacts at reviews and closure.
Lead small teams supporting complex system integration and test events.
