Job summary

Davidson in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Sensors program. You will develop system requirements, architectures and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced radar solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a BS or MS in engineering, 6+ years in engineering with MATLAB, C/C++, and experience with Cameo and DOORS; leadership of small teams and active DoD Secret clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years in engineering with MATLAB/C/C++.
• Experience with radar/sensor systems and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and detailed requirements for new and existing functionality.
• Develop subsystem and component level requirements.
• Create test cases and parameterize design space and corner cases.
• Attend Systems Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings.
• Investigate requirements issues and traceability.
