Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Science, Math or related discipline.
• 8+ years experience in an engineering role with system integration and/or test of complex DoD systems.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Advanced knowledge in Radars/Sensors, System Integration and Test.
• Experience with MATLAB and DOORS; leadership in complex projects.
• Strong communication and technical presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectures and requirements for GBR systems.
• Update architecture frameworks and define system-level requirements.
• Analyze requirements and benchmark to ensure performance aligns with objectives.
• Collaborate with software and integration/test engineers to deliver radar solutions.
• Present technical information to leaders and customers.
