AEITS, a GTSC company, seeks a Systems Engineer, Level 4, for on-site work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph is required. The role focuses on facilitating Solution Train PI planning, coordinating dependencies across ARTs, and aligning stakeholders across PAC programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
• Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Solution Train-level PI Planning events across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting PAC programs.
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs working on HPC systems and mission applications.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Aid in the management of the Solomon Train backlog and roadmap.
• Facilitate pre and post PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and cross-discipline coordination.
• Bridge between multiple PMOs and technical teams executing under different ARTs.
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across multiple ARTs.
• Track and resolve cross-ART dependencies.
• Support risk analysis activities at the solutions level.
• Facilitate Solution Demo coordination.
• Run Solutions Train Sync Meetings.
• Coordinate Inspect & Adapt workshop at solution level.
• Track Solution Train Metrics and flow.
