Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
• Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
• A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning across multiple ARTs supporting PAC programs.
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs working on HPC systems and mission applications.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Aid in the management of Solomon Train backlog and roadmap.
• Facilitate pre and post PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and cross-discipline coordination.
• Bridge between multiple PMOs and technical teams executing under different ARTs.
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across multiple ARTs.
• Track and resolve cross-ART dependencies.
• Support risk analysis activities at the solutions level.
• Facilitate Solution Demo coordination.
• Run Solutions Train Sync Meetings.
• Coordinate Inspect & Adapt workshop at solution level.
• Track Solution Train Metrics and flow.
