AEITS, a GTSC company, is seeking a Systems Engineer, Level 4, for an on-site role in Annapolis Junction, MD. The position requires active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph and involves facilitating Solution Train-level PI Planning events across multiple ARTs supporting PAC programs.

Education options include a high school diploma with 14+ years of experience or a BA/MA/PhD with significant systems engineering experience.

• Experience facilitating SAFe PI Planning across multiple ARTs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Solution Train-level PI Planning events across multiple ARTs.
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs working on HPC systems and mission applications.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Aid in management of the Solomon Train backlog and roadmap.
• Facilitate pre- and post-PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support CCB activities and cross-discipline coordination.
• Bridge between PMOs and technical teams executing under different ARTs.
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across multiple ARTs.
